OTTAWA – 1st Farm Credit Services is
pleased to welcome Dana Wiegand as a new vice president of
commercial agriculture lending in the Ottawa branch.
Wiegand, of Eureka, will handle commercial financing and
lending needs for operations in LaSalle, Grundy, Kendall and
Will counties.
He has more than seven years of experience, previously
handling agriculture lending at a bank. He has a degree in
agriculture economics from the University of Illinois and
currently is attending the Graduate School of Banking at
Madison, Wis.
Wiegand was raised on a grain and hog farm in Woodford
County, and enjoys helping with his family’s farming
operations. He and his family will be moving to the Ottawa
area.
