Building and Equipment Leases
When looking to buy a new building or piece of equipment, consider the leasing program at 1st Farm Credit Services. Leasing buildings and equipment has the advantage of ownership without the burden of a large, initial cash investment.
We provide:
- Leasing on farm equipment, grain bin, irrigation equipment, machine shed and vehicles
- Lease payments may be tax deductible, consult your tax advisor
- Terms up to 7 years on equipment, 10 years on buildings, bins and irrigation
- Payments that can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually
At the end of the lease, your options include:
- Purchase
- Renewal
- Return
