1st Farm Credit Services is seeking to fill the vacant appointed stockholder Director position. The appointed director, who must be a voting stockholder, will be appointed by the Board to represent a segment of stockholders who may not presently have a voice through the elected members of the Board. Annual Meeting Election Results
Client-owners of 1st Farm Credit Services voted in December on Board of Director Positions. Owners re-elected David Keller, Kevin Aves and John Schmitt to another four-year term.
David H. Peters was elected to the board for the first time. He replaces retiring director John Delaney.
