Annual Meeting Election Results
Client-owners of 1st Farm Credit Services voted on one position for the Board of Directors in January.
Roger J. Newell of Williamsfield was re-elected to the board. The board position is for four years.
The 2012 Nominating Committee was also selected in the election. These members are as follows: Carl J. Neubauer, Lynn Stoller, John Deuth, Elmer Rahn, Jr., Duane Blackert, Susan Vonk, Steve Hess and Darren L. Sims.

1st Farm Credit Donates to Illinois Food Banks
| NORMAL – Just as farmers work daily to help feed the world, the work of food banks to feed local community members in need, unfortunately, never ends.
To help local communities, 1st Farm Credit Services is donating $21,000 to area food banks and pantries that feed the hungry. Nearly 50 food banks and pantries statewide are benefiting from the association’s donation.

2011 Annual Business Meeting
The 2011 Annual Business Meeting of 1st Farm Credit Services, ACA, was held on December 1, 2011:
The purpose of the annual stockholders’ meeting is to report on the business activities of the Association, receive the Nominating Committee reports and to take up such other business that might properly come before the members. To help maximize member participation, we will be conducting the election of directors and nominating committee members by mail ballot again this year. These ballots will be sent to all voting stockholders shortly after the annual meeting.
